Set up test vehicles on a chassis dynamometer using standard processes.
Set up and operate chassis dyno and emission analyzers based on engineering work requests.
Drive test vehicles on chassis dyno using prescribed test trace or by engineering direction.
Particulate filter measurement, including proper handling in a clean environment
Support daily test scheduling.
Daily test cell organization and maintenance.
Participate in safety and quality activities
Must be willing to work in cold and hot test chambers. ( -35 to 50C)
Requirements:
The position is for the 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm
Requirements
High School diploma required. AA or trade school preferred.
MUST HAVE a minumum of 2 years CHASSIS DYNO EMISSIONS Testing Experience
2 + years' experience with emissions testing, including EPA drive cycles (FTP 75, US06, HFET), emission analyzer set up and chassis dynamometer operation.
Ability to address work with a high-level safety mindset
Clean driving record is required (MVR must be ran)
