CW Reporting Analyst
Immediate need for a talented CW Reporting Analyst with experience in the Banking & Financial Industry. This is a 05+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Chandler, AZ. Please review the job description below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate standardized reporting
- Generation and delivery of standard reports
- Synthesize raw data into actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvements among existing reports
- Completion of ad-hoc reporting, data, and analysis requests
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Meet regular delivery timelines
- Primarily interactions will be with the SOAR team, with some interactions with other Demand Management and Workforce Management teams.
- However, we support all service operations areas of the business, so there will be potential to interact with many areas.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Python preferably performing reporting automation.
- 5+ years of experience in Tableau dashboard creation.
- 5+ years of recent SQL programming experience preferably in Windows.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum project delivery a plus.
- Ability to multitask on several projects at once.
- Ability to work independently with deadlines and deliver high quality results.
- Strong understanding of financial services data desired.
- Data warehouse experience helpful.
