Key Responsibilities:
Automate standardized reporting
Generation and delivery of standard reports
Synthesize raw data into actionable insights to drive business decisions
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvements among existing reports
Completion of ad-hoc reporting, data, and analysis requests
Create and maintain process documentation
Meet regular delivery timelines
Primarily interactions will be with the SOAR team, with some interactions with other Demand Management and Workforce Management teams.
However, we support all service operations areas of the business, so there will be potential to interact with many areas.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
5+ years of experience in Python preferably performing reporting automation.
5+ years of experience in Tableau dashboard creation.
5+ years of recent SQL programming experience preferably in Windows.
Experience with Agile, Scrum project delivery a plus.
Ability to multitask on several projects at once.
Ability to work independently with deadlines and deliver high quality results.
Strong understanding of financial services data desired.
Data warehouse experience helpful.
