CWIP Auditor FST

CWIP Auditor FSTPenmac Staffing is hiring a Temporary Inventory Control Coordinator for a manufacturing facility. This position is expected to last approximately 2-3 months and offers a unique weekend schedule where you work three 12-hour shifts and get paid for 40 hours.
Pay: $18.65/hour
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Assignment Length: Approximately 3 months
Job Type: Full-Time TemporaryRequirements 

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience as an Assembler, Material Handler, or in a manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Willingness to obtain a company forklift certification
• Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling preferred
• College coursework or formal training in a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Auditing rack locations using Oracle, Ultriva, and related inventory systems
• Working with warehouse personnel to maintain accurate material movement and inventory records
• Partnering with material analysts to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Reviewing production load schedules to verify material availability
• Establishing and maintaining Kanban locations to support production needs
• Utilizing the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) to maintain accurate Kanban quantities
• Assisting material handlers with locating and transferring materials as needed
• Supporting team leaders and helping train new material handlers on Ultriva processes and best practices
• Contributing to continuous inventory accuracy and workflow improvements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods
• Frequent reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment, flashing lights, alarms, and industrial vehicle traffic
• Must meet job standards for vision, hearing, and communication required in a manufacturing setting
