Responsibilities:

Job Description

Noblis is hiring a Project COordinator to provide programmatic support to CWMD programs. This is a hybrid role based out of Reston, VA. This position is split 50% on the DoW CWMD IDIQ and 50% on the OSD Medical Countermeasure Platform project. For the DoW CWMD IDIQ, the role supports task order development, contract administration, proposal coordination, proposal response, capture activities, and subcontractor coordination. For the OSD Medical Countermeasure Platform project, the role provides support in program administration, platform test and evaluation, data analysis, and medical countermeasure effectiveness assessment. The position requires coordination across multiple programs and stakeholders to ensure all project activities are executed effectively and on schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities

DoW CWMD IDIQ (50%)

  • Support task order development including requirements definition, cost estimation, and schedule planning
  • Perform contract administration (both IDIQ and Task Order execution) duties including tracking deliverables, milestones, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate proposal development activities across internal teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and contribute to proposal responses including technical volumes, management approaches, and past performance documentation
  • Support capture activities including competitive analysis, teaming arrangements, and win strategy development
  • Coordinate with subcontractors on task execution, reporting, and compliance with prime contract requirements

OSD Medical Countermeasure Platform Project (50%)

  • Perform program administration including schedule management, status reporting, and documentation control
  • Support platform test and evaluation activities including test planning, execution coordination, and results documentation
  • Conduct data analysis to support program objectives and inform decision-making
  • Support medical countermeasure effectiveness assessments including data collection, analysis, and reporting
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and 3 years of experience. Will also consider a Master's degree & 1 years of experience, an Associates degree & 6 years of experience, or high school diploma & 9 years of experience.

 

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination and program support
  • Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret Security Clearance. 
Desired Qualifications:
  • Agile and Scrum methodology experience
  • CBRN experience with IDIQ contract vehicles
  • Familiarity with DoW programs and mission areas

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.


Posted Salary Range: USD $78,900.00 - USD $123,300.00 /Yr.
