Job Title: Customer Service Representative-100% Onsite
Location: Odessa, FL 33556
Type: 5 Months Contract (High possibility for Extension / conversion)
Max Pay Rate: $17/hour on W2- Weekly Payout
Schedule: Day shift- Schedule varies and may change on business needs- Need Flexibility

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience
 
Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
• Handle customer concerns in a calm and professional manner
• Diagnose and resolve operational or delivery-related issues
• Monitor delivery route progress and service updates
• Scan haul-away PODs and verify required documentation
• Process order changes, updates, or cancellations
• Maintain clear communication with drivers and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Call center or logistics support experience
• Experience handling customer issues or operational requests
