Our client, a leading logistics and delivery organization, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep II to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep II, you will be part of the dispatch and operations support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Customer Service Rep II

Location: Brookshire, TX

Pay Range:

Shift: Flexible shifts available: First Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) or Second Shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Candidates may rotate shifts based on operational needs. Must be available Fridays and Saturdays, with two Sundays off per year.

What's the Job?

  • Monitor 30-40 daily delivery routes and maintain real-time communication with driver teams during deliveries.
  • Ensure delivery schedules are met, reroute as necessary, and document any issues or delays.
  • Support customer interactions during in-home deliveries, providing assistance and clarifying services.
  • Assist returning driver teams with warehouse check-in procedures, including trash segregation and asset verification.
  • Lead shift support staff, coordinate daily operations, and escalate issues to management as needed.

What's Needed?

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in dispatch, field operations, or logistics, preferably in appliance or furniture sectors.
  • Strong phone presence with assertiveness, calmness under pressure, and influencing skills.
  • Comfort working in a warehouse environment with live driver communication.
  • Reliable, professional demeanor suitable for a customer-facing role behind the scenes.
