Looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same? We're seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to serve as the communication hub between delivery teams, operations, and customers. This is an operations-focused position that combines dispatch coordination, problem-solving, and customer support in a busy warehouse environment.
What You'll Do
Monitor and coordinate 30–40 daily delivery routes
Maintain real-time communication with delivery teams throughout the day
Resolve route changes, delays, and service issues while keeping operations on schedule
Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and assist with resolving concerns
Support warehouse check-in activities for returning delivery teams
Track operational issues, document exceptions, and escalate concerns when necessary
Provide guidance to support staff and assist leadership with daily operational updates
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or field service coordination
Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and confident under pressure
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and communicating with drivers throughout the day
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred but not required
Preferred Experience
Delivery, appliance installation, furniture assembly, handyman, trade, or field service background
Leadership or team lead experience
Experience using transportation management or route planning systems
Schedule
Must be available Monday through Saturday (6-day operation)
Required to work 2 Sundays per year
Must be flexible to rotate between shifts based on business needs:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
