Looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same? We're seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to serve as the communication hub between delivery teams, operations, and customers. This is an operations-focused position that combines dispatch coordination, problem-solving, and customer support in a busy warehouse environment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and coordinate 30–40 daily delivery routes
- Maintain real-time communication with delivery teams throughout the day
- Resolve route changes, delays, and service issues while keeping operations on schedule
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and assist with resolving concerns
- Support warehouse check-in activities for returning delivery teams
- Track operational issues, document exceptions, and escalate concerns when necessary
- Provide guidance to support staff and assist leadership with daily operational updates
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or field service coordination
- Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and confident under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and communicating with drivers throughout the day
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred but not required
Preferred Experience
- Delivery, appliance installation, furniture assembly, handyman, trade, or field service background
- Leadership or team lead experience
- Experience using transportation management or route planning systems
Schedule
- Must be available Monday through Saturday (6-day operation)
- Required to work 2 Sundays per year
- Must be flexible to rotate between shifts based on business needs:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
