The Customer Experience Associate supports the sales and operations teams by ensuring accurate sales documentation, maintaining CRM data integrity, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. This role contributes to a smooth and efficient customer journey by supporting internal processes and coordinating with multiple departments.


This is a full-time position with flexible work arrangements including in-office, hybrid, or fully remote options. Candidates must reside within the contiguous United States.


Compensation Range: $17.00 – $29.00 per hour
Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.


Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate and timely sales quotes
• Review sales quotes prepared by others
• Communicate professionally and responsively with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and support timely resolution of requests
• Assist in managing and maintaining CRM and ERP data 
• Support internal workflows that ensure a seamless customer experience 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed, and perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM/ERP experience required; specific HubSpot/Odoo experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to collaborate across multiple interconnected departments
