Seeking a CX Contractor to support the Voice of Customer (VoC) program by connecting internal teams with authentic customer experiences.
As a Program Specialist, you'll identify pain points, generate actionable insights, and enhance the customer journey organization-wide.
Key responsibilities include promoting VoC initiatives, analyzing data to craft compelling narratives, creating reports and dashboards, performing root cause analysis, and supporting process improvements.
Required skills include 4+ years in customer support, strong analytical and communication abilities, experience with data reporting, and familiarity with products and crypto concepts.
Nice to have skills involve L&D experience, tools like Looker or Salesforce, blockchain knowledge, and process improvement success.
Educational background is flexible, with a college degree preferred.
