Summary: We're seeking a data driven, customer obsessed CX Insights Analyst to join our CX journey & design team. This role will be pivotal in uncovering customer pain points, synthesizing insights into compelling stories, and partnering across UX Research, Marketing Research, and CX Design to drive our CX Improvement roadmap. The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst and storyteller-someone who loves diving into customer data and transforming it into meaningful insights that influence strategy, design, and business decisions.
