Cyber Claims Service Representative – Remote Opportunity

At HSB, you’ll handle complex cyber claims across both personal and commercial lines , navigating multi-coverage scenarios, interpreting policy language, and making thoughtful, well-supported coverage decisions.

What You’ll Do

+ Analyze complex cyber claims involving multiple coverage triggers (e.g., system damage, data compromise, cyber extortion)

+ Interpret and apply policy language and contract language to determine accurate coverage decisions

+ Investigate claims, assess facts, and evaluate causation and loss scenarios

+ Draft detailed, well-supported coverage letters explaining decisions clearly and professionally

+ Communicate with insureds and stakeholders in difficult, high-stakes situations with empathy and clarity

+ Manage a portfolio of claims while balancing quality, accuracy, and timeliness

+ Deliver a consistent, professional customer experience while upholding claims standards

Qualifications:

+ A High School diploma is required. College degree is preferred.

+ 1+ year experience in customer facing, financial, or service oriented position.

+ 2+ years experience in the Property/Casualty insurance industry and/or as a Claims Adjuster is a plus.

+ Adjuster licenses as required by state.
