Responsibilities:

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
• Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and impact to the organization.
• Develop and implement remediation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities.
• Monitor security alerts and incidents, providing timely responses and escalations.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices.
• Maintain documentation of vulnerability management processes and findings.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to enhance vulnerability management efforts.
• Participate in security training and awareness programs for staff and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in vulnerability management or cybersecurity roles.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies.
• Proficient in risk assessment and management practices.
• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) preferred.
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
