Description:
Compliance is responsible for implementing, sustaining, and validating cybersecurity controls to ensure systems, networks, operational technology (OT), and third-party integrations meet regulatory, contractual, and enterprise compliance requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate asset records in compliance with requirements, including lifecycle tracking, configuration management, and cybersecurity risk management.
- Provide cybersecurity compliance guidance to engineering teams supporting TE production and procurement.
- Install and update software packages to support production hardware operations and testing.
- Troubleshoot production and development TE to ensure connectivity, functionality, compliance, and testing integrity.
- Collaborate with Digital Technologies teams to integrate TE into controlled networks and enterprise environments.
Key deliverables for this role:
- Implement and sustain security controls aligned with:
- NIST SP 800-171
- CMMC
- DFARS 252.204-7012
- NIST SP 800-53 (as applicable)
- NIST SP 800-82 (OT environments)
- Translate regulatory requirements into enforceable technical controls.
- Ensure enterprise policy alignment across IT, OT, and third-party environments.
Required Qualifications:
- System vulnerability analysis
- Windows OS proficiency
- Linux OS proficiency
- Networking fundamentals
- NIST SP 800-171 knowledge
Required Education:
Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of two (2) years of directly related experience
