Are you passionate about cybersecurity, networking, and making a real impact across an organization? We're partnering with an industry-leading manufacturer seeking a Cybersecurity & Network Administrator to own security operations, network infrastructure, and security awareness initiatives.
Core duties and responsibilities include:
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID security environments
• Implement Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, Defender, Intune, and DLP solutions
• Administer Cisco networking (routing, switching, VLANs, WAN, firewalls)
• Partner with SOC and MSP providers to strengthen security and network operations
• Lead cybersecurity awareness training and phishing simulation programs
• Troubleshoot network and security issues across office and manufacturing environments
Required skills and qualifications:
• CCNA certification required
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and security tools
• Strong networking knowledge (routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
• Security certifications (AZ-500, SC-300, Security+, CISSP) are a plus
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is from $80K to $120K, depending on experience.
