Job Overview:
 
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Project Manager to support our client a global leader in fintech. In this role, you will lead critical cybersecurity initiatives designed to protect enterprise technology, reduce risk, and ensure secure operations across a global platform. You will manage project lifecycle delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement, while driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Lead the planning and execution of cybersecurity projects across a global enterprise
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and scope changes to ensure successful delivery
• Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and resource management
• Provide clear and concise status reporting and communication to stakeholders at all levels
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage expectations across business and technical teams
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and delivery standards
• Drive decision-making and problem resolution with a high degree of independence
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support adoption and execution of cybersecurity initiatives
• Manage multiple projects and priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
 
 
Requirements:
 
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5–7+ years of project management experience within a global enterprise environment
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience managing full project lifecycles across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
Preferred:
• Experience managing cybersecurity, application development, or infrastructure projects
• 8+ years of project experience, including program management
• Experience in cybersecurity environments
• Familiarity with Clarity PPM and JIRA
• Financial services or fintech industry experience
