In all of this cyber noise" how can these organizations understand their risks and how to mitigate them The answer is you-an information security risk specialist who will break down complex threats into manageable plans of action.As an information security risk specialist on our team youll use your experience to work with military organizations to discover their cyber risks understand applicable policies and develop a mitigation plan. Youll review technical and personnel details to assess the entire threat landscape. Then youll guide your client through a plan of action with presentations white papers and milestones.Youll work with your client to translate security concepts so they can make the best decisions to secure their mission-critical systems. The world cant wait.You HaveExperience with implementing and enforcing security controls for cloud infrastructure ensuring compliance with DoW security frameworksExperience in managing security configurations conducting penetration testing and implementing SIEM solutions such as Microsoft Sentinel or AWS Security HubExperience with performing risk assessments continuous security monitoring and developing mitigation strategies in cloud and hybrid environmentsExperience with administering role-based access controlRBAC and enforcing least-privilege access policies for mission-critical applicationsExperience with managing the ATO lifecycle including the preparation of System Security Plans SSP Security Assessment Reports SAR and Plans of Action & Milestones POA&MExperience in coordinating with DoW cybersecurity officials to achieve and sustain ATOs for cloud-based and on-premises environmentsTSSCI clearanceBachelors degree in Cybersecurity or Information Assurance or 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations in lieu of a degreeNice If You HaveExperience working in DoW or IC environments preferredCompTIA Security GIAC Security Essentials Certification GSEC or Certified Information Systems Auditor CISA CertificationsClearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information TSSCI clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is 99000.00 to 225000.00 annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
