Cyber Security Analyst

A large enterprise organization is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and operational management of enterprise technology platforms and endpoint services.

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of engineers supporting enterprise infrastructure, device management, platform operations, automation, and service reliability initiatives. The successful candidate will help drive technology modernization efforts while ensuring core services remain secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

The position requires a hands-on technical leader who can operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels while partnering with technology, security, and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for enterprise infrastructure and platform services.
• Define and execute platform and endpoint management strategies.
• Oversee enterprise device management, software deployment, patching, and configuration management activities.
• Support technology governance, security standards, and compliance initiatives.
• Drive automation, standardization, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, operations, and support teams to deliver enterprise technology initiatives.
• Monitor service health, reliability, performance, and capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, resilience, and operational effectiveness.
• Communicate platform strategy, roadmap, and service capabilities to technical and business stakeholders.
• Support modernization efforts involving cloud, automation, and enterprise platform technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Significant experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, endpoint management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading technical teams supporting enterprise technology services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise endpoint and platform management concepts.
• Experience supporting virtualization, remote access, and modern workplace technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise operating systems and device ecosystems.
• Experience working with public cloud technologies and infrastructure services.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, monitoring, and operational best practices.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating within large-scale enterprise environments.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience supporting geographically distributed organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and device compliance practices.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and operational tooling.
• Exposure to emerging technology trends and productivity-enhancing solutions.
• Experience supporting regulated or highly governed environments.
