Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $50-$53/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Security Engineer with expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), CyberArk, Endpoint Security, Threat Detection, and Security Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing enterprise infrastructure, managing privileged access, implementing endpoint security controls, and supporting threat detection and response initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access governance, and privileged access management.
• Administer and maintain CyberArk platforms and related IAM security controls.
• Implement, monitor, and optimize endpoint security solutions such as CrowdStrike.
• Support and enhance Cortex XDR and SOAR platforms for threat detection, investigation, and automated response.
• Develop and maintain security automation scripts using Python.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents across enterprise environments.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting and security assessments.
• Work with SIEM, XDR, and log management platforms to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Collaborate with cloud teams to implement and maintain security controls in AWS environments.
• Support vulnerability management, remediation activities, and security compliance initiatives.
• Create and maintain security documentation, operational procedures, and incident response playbooks.
• Participate in security audits and continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-8 years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on IAM and Security Operations.
• Strong experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR).
• Experience with Cortex XDR and SOAR solutions.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and tools.
• Knowledge of security incident response and threat detection methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise security monitoring tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, etc.).
• Knowledge of XDR technologies and advanced threat detection.
• Experience performing Threat Hunting activities.
• Exposure to AWS Security Services and cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with SailPoint Identity Governance solutions.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and Zero Trust.
