Cyber Security Intern 2027

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with Digital Security team members and business stakeholders to understand security requirements, risks, and objectives.
• Analyze security problems, gather requirements, and help determine and implement solutions.
• Support Information Assurance activities — assessing controls, policies, and compliance.
• Assist with Incident Response — monitoring, triage, investigation, and documentation of security events.
• Contribute to Risk Management — identifying, assessing, and helping track and remediate risks.
• Support Cloud Security efforts across Devon's cloud environments.
• Assist with Threat Intelligence — researching threats, indicators, and emerging attack trends.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to security operations and technology strategies.
• Learn and apply best practices in security operations, data protection, and governance.
• Stay current with emerging security technologies and threat trends through active learning and professional development

Education: 

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Requirements:

Full-time student enrollment.

Pursuing a degree in information security, information technology, management information systems, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.

GPA 3.0 or higher.
