Cyber Security, MS365 Expert & Government Compliance Manager

GNR has been retained by an aggressively growing company in the Tampa, FL region searching for a Cybersecurity, MS365 Compliance Manager.   This is a unique opportunity with an exciting organization, $220m in 2 years and continuing its growth! You’ll help establish the foundation and be part of a collaborative and can-do team.

As the “hands-on” Cyber MS365 guru you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and monitoring security solutions in a Microsoft 365 environment; fluent use of Entra ID / Azure -  Intune  -  Defender  -  Sentinel.  

You’ll define & architect security requirements & solutions, with a strong focus on compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2.   

Reporting to the Director of Security & Compliance.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 6+ years of Cyber Security configurations & compliance requirements 
• Fluent with  MICROSOFT  365  CLOUD  (Entra ID / Azure -  Intune  -   Defender  -  Sentinel) security tools, access control & monitoring
• Collaborated with  IT members to support security deployment & policies
• Able to ensure the systems are secure & compliant to  NIST 800-171  and/or CMMC 2.0 to pass external audits.
• US Citizenship or Perm Resident status
