Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Cyber Security Project Manager in support of our industry leading technology development client in Frisco, TX. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project workstreams supporting the integration of Juniper's tools, processes, and controls into HPE as part of a large-scale M&A initiative
  • Drive modernization and alignment of cybersecurity capabilities, with a focus on integration across identity, governance, and enterprise tools
  • Own end-to-end project execution in a waterfall environment, including planning, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and IT organizations to ensure successful delivery and alignment
  • Utilize tools such as Smartsheet to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum
  • Operate independently as a self-starter, taking ownership of assigned initiatives and driving them through completion
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving project demands within a dynamic M&A integration environment
  • Collaborate with the Integration Management Office (IMO) and a team of project managers to coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, governance practices, and cybersecurity frameworks where applicable

Requirements:

  • PMP certification is not required
  • 5+ years of project management experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives, ideally within cybersecurity or IT domains
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, preferably in M&A or large-scale integration environments
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts; experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools such as Drata or AuditBoard is a plus
  • Experience with SailPoint or similar IAM platforms is beneficial
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools and project planning solutions such as Smartsheet
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a structured waterfall delivery model
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business, IT, and security teams
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented professional who maintains high standards while balancing flexibility in dynamic environments
  • Ability to primarily support a Central Time Zone schedule, with flexibility for occasional off-hours collaboration
  • Experience working in large enterprise organizations
  • Familiarity with NIST or similar cybersecurity frameworks is a plus
  • Ability to work remotely, with preference for candidates near an HPE office location

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
