What You'll Do Day-To-Day
- Formulate cyber strategies to best meet evolving technological requirements.
- Lead security audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.
- Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to integrate security practices and address vulnerabilities.
- Develop and update security policies and protocols.
- Draft white papers and other technical articles to support company growth initiatives.
- Support Sales through demos, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Lead technical responses to RFPs & RFIs.
- Travel as required to implement, train, and support.
- May mentor less experienced Cyber Security Specialists.

What You''ll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Advanced Knowledge of cyber security concepts and best practices.
- Good technical and analytical skills, particularly in a cyber security context.
- Strong technical expertise, with deep knowledge in advanced cyber security principles, tools, and practices.
- Ability to solve complex security challenges.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks and mentor team.
- Experience working with and securing Operational Technologies/Industrial Control Systems and associated computing environments.
- IT and Cyber Security certifications such as: Network+, Security+, CISSP, CISA, GSEC, GISCP. Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
Total Rewards Package
- Salary: $109,000 - $148,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
