Job Title : Cyber Security Technical Manager
Location: Local to Dallas (Preferred) / Malvern and
Duration: 6 Months
Salary Range: $50.00 - $52.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).Applicants must be willing to work on W2
Note : Need to attend F2F interview
Role Description:- Overall Experience Required is 8 - 10 years.
- Must Have 7+ years of Experience in Cybersecurity.
- Strong Project/Program Management 8-10years of experience
- Good understanding of SOC operations and incident response processes.
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Elastic).
- Knowledge of threat management, vulnerability management, and security governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as Financial Services is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end cybersecurity and SOC-related projects.
- Coordinate across security, infrastructure, cloud, risk, and business teams.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Support SOC transformation, optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Oversee implementation of security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence solutions.
- Track project milestones, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with security leadership, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:- Cyber Security.
- IBM QRadar SIEM (Security Information and Event Management).
- Project Management.
Preferred Certifications:- CISSP / CISM.
- PMP / PRINCE2.
