Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Cyber Threat Management Senior Specialist for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). You will lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives by conducting advanced threat analysis, penetration testing, and incident response to protect critical systems and data.

Rate Range: $55/Hour to $65/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Cyber Threat Management Senior Specialist Responsibilities include:

• Lead penetration testing activities, identify vulnerabilities, and drive remediation efforts to reduce cybersecurity risks.

• Monitor security operations, automate compliance checks, and enhance system performance through proactive threat detection.

• Manage the full incident response lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams to investigate, contain, and resolve security incidents.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate security controls, MFA, and automated scanning into DevSecOps pipelines.

• Perform security assessments of AI, GenAI, LLM, and ML platforms, implementing governance, monitoring, and protection controls to mitigate emerging threats.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in cyber security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related security-focused role.

• Proven experience with threat modeling, penetration testing, incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations.

• Strong expertise in AI/GenAI security, including LLM security assessments, AI threat modeling, adversarial testing, and implementation of security controls within DevSecOps/MLOps environments.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
