GENERAL DESCRIPTIONTyonek is seeking applications for Cyber Instructors to perform duties in support of the Air Force's Cyber Warfare Formal Training Courses.DUTIES Experienced in defensive and offensive skills related to Air Force Cyber (AFCYBER) activities; full-spectrum, multi-capability integrated cyber operations are the focus of this capabilityThe contractor shall provide subject matter expertise in all areas of AFCYBER Operations to include but not limited to: 16AF employment of Cyber capabilities, 16AF presentation of forces to support commanders, tactical and operational mission planning, execution for battle space effects, and synchronization of Non-Cyber capabilitiesIn-depth knowledge of any of the following areas is a plus: Systems Training Plans (STP), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), Master Training Task Lists (MTTLs), Task Analysis Worksheets (TAWs), Training Task Lists (TTLs)Experience with advanced/specialized training in support of Air Combat Command (ACC), AFCYBER, US Cyber Command (USCC) and the US Government is a plusOther Duties as assignedEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSA Bachelor's degree is required IAT/M Level III Certification400+ Instructor podium hours or CCAF ISD CertificationTop Secret Clearance/SCI required (must be able to obtain)We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testingPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
