Job Title:  Cybersecurity Engineer

Location:  Cleveland OH

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of our security programs and will design, implement, and continuously enhance security measures. Your expertise will be essential in assessing security advisories, developing mitigation plans, and consulting with business teams on best practices across our networks and our Schools. Additionally, you’ll develop user documentation, streamline processes through automation, collaborate across departments to integrate security measures, prepare detailed reports and presentations on security assessments, and provide guidance and training to staff on security best practices.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Confident, high-energy, self-motivated and a true team player.
• Accountability and personal organization are essential.
• Patient and active listener.
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks (FBI/BCI).
• Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer or similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISM, or CISSP.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
