Title: Cybersecurity Engineer
Location: Riverwoods IL
Duration: 6 - 12months

JOB DESCRIPTION
Engineers solutions in alignment with the Cybersecurity engineering roadmap, and maintains processes for the delivery of highly complex secure systems, cyber applications, technical projects, and regulatory and risk requirements. Facilitates process engineering, risk remediation, and mitigation of operational risk in a high-velocity culture by collaborating to introduce technology, requirements, deliverables, gaps, and systems design. Contributes to analyzing cyber technologies, metrics models, and performance indicators. Identifies robust solutions and builds resilient next-generation systems to solve business challenges and enhance the control environment.
Design and Deploy projects to expand or enhance Network Security Infrastructure
Maintain the health and security of the infrastructure
Participate in regular compliance activities
Analyzes, propose security solutions with Cybersecurity Engineers and Architects to ensure it is consistent with corporate technology goals and risk tolerance levels.

Must Have: 
AWS Security Groups 
Must be on Artech's W2
Network Intrusion Detection Systems (NIDS) 
Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW) 

Nice To Have: 
AWS, terraform, python, jenkins, github 
PCI DSS and/or compliance exposure

Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
4+ years of experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW, including Panorama
Experience with network routing and switching and TCP/IP protocols
Understanding of cloud infrastructure and related DevSecOps tools and methodologies
Experience with Intrusion Detection/Protection systems
Ability to communicate with all members of the organization in an effective way
Robust soft skills, including organization, responsibility, and detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Scripting skills (Python, Ansible, Terraform) with API integration experience
