WhatYou'llDo

• Leadday-to-daySecurityOperationsCenter(SOC)activities,includingthreatmonitoring,alerttriage,investigation,andincidentresponse.
• ServeasthefinalescalationpointforsecurityalertsandincidentsacrossScarlett'smanagedclientenvironments.
• Leadcontainment,remediation,recovery,andpost-incidentreviewswhilehelpingimprovesecurityoutcomesandreduceclientrisk.
• Coach,mentor,anddevelopSOCteammembersthroughhands-onleadership,accountability,andtechnicalguidance.
• Improvedetectioncapabilities,responseprocedures,runbooks,playbooks,andsecurityworkflows.
• ManagerelationshipswithMDR,SIEM,andsecuritytechnologypartnerstoensureservicequalityandeffectiveness.
• Actastheseniortechnicalresourceinclient-facingsecuritydiscussions,incidentreviews,andremediationplanning.

WhatWe'reLookingFor

• Bachelor'sdegreeinInformationTechnology,Cybersecurity,ComputerScience,orarelatedfieldpreferred.Candidateswithastrongcombinationofrelevantexperience,technicalexpertise,andindustrycertificationswillalsobeconsidered.
• 4+yearsofcybersecurity,securityoperations,incidentresponse,orthreatdetectionexperience.
• 2+yearsofleadershipexperience,includingcoaching,mentoring,ormanagingtechnicalteams.
• StrongunderstandingofEDR/XDRplatforms,SIEMtechnologies,identityandaccessmanagement,emailsecurity,andmodernsecurityoperations.
• Experienceinvestigatingandrespondingtosecurityincidentsinreal-worldenvironments.
• Abilitytomakesoundtechnicaldecisionsunderpressureduringactivesecurityevents.
• Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytotranslatetechnicalissuesforclientsandbusinessstakeholders.
• ExperiencewithNIST,CIS,ISO,CMMC,orothercomplianceandsecurityframeworksisaplus.
• Security+,CySA+,GCIH,CISSP,GCFA,orsimilarcertificationsarehighlyvalued.

Compensation

SalaryRange:$80,000-$95,000annually

Compensationwillbedeterminedbasedonexperience,leadershipbackground,incidentresponseexpertise,certifications,andoverallqualifications.
