The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, cybersecurity, and Agile methodology and a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on scope, on time, and within budget while meeting defined quality standards.Responsibilities:Lead internal projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations through structured planning, control, and management.Direct corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build, and implement solutions addressing internal problems and issues.Provide expert guidance and innovative solutions leveraging deep subject matter knowledge of relevant technologies, theories, and techniques.Exercise independent judgment to develop methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving project and program objectives.Develop strategy and lead large, cross-division, multi-function teams on initiatives that affect long-term organizational goals and objectives.Champion and apply critical project management techniques and operational methodologies across programs.Required Skills & Qualifications:Expertise in enterprise project and program management across complex, cross-functional environments.Proficiency in cybersecurity program delivery and risk management practices.Applied experience with Agile methodology and related frameworks.In-depth knowledge of services operations, policies, processes, and project management methodologies.PMP certification.First level university degree required; advanced degree preferred.10+ years in project management or closely related roles.Preferred Skills:Experience leading multi-vendor programs and complex stakeholder environments.Background in large enterprise or cross-division transformation initiatives.Why BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
