We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity professional to lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs, risk management initiatives, regulatory engagement, and AI/Operational Technology (OT) security efforts. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, oversee cybersecurity governance, and drive compliance with industry security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the liaison between the Cybersecurity department and regulatory agencies.
Participate in and lead cybersecurity steering committees and governance meetings.
Lead large enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs and strategic initiatives.
Provide strategic guidance for cybersecurity operating plans and budget development.
Develop and manage enterprise cybersecurity strategy roadmaps.
Oversee and maintain enterprise risk portfolios across business units.
Evaluate AI/ML models for algorithmic bias, data leakage, adversarial attacks, prompt injection, and structural integrity before and after deployment.
Ensure AI technologies align with emerging AI governance frameworks.
Collaborate with legal teams to establish AI usage policies and harm taxonomies.
Conduct consequence-based risk assessments for Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and PLC environments.
Develop and implement Operational Technology (OT) security policies aligned with industry standards.
Perform cybersecurity and compliance assessments.
Support regulatory compliance and security governance initiatives.
Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in IT, critical infrastructure, intelligence, cybersecurity, or information security.
Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity programs and strategic initiatives.
Experience with AI/ML security assessments and governance.
Experience securing Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and PLC environments.
Utility industry experience is preferred.
Experience in Information Technology security across multiple platforms is preferred.
Experience in Operational Technology security is preferred.
