Cyberspace Operations Planner

Clear Ridge Defense is seeking TS/SCI cleared professionals to serve as Cyberspace Operations Planners in Odenton, MD.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will...

• Conduct and support operations planning and defensive cyber operations supporting DCDC mission areas
• Lead or support deliberate planning using the Joint Planning Process (JPP)
• Lead teams of diverse stakeholders across the defensive cyberspace community through development of plans that meet Commander's priorities, intent and mission
• Contribute to contingency campaign planning in support of anticipated campaigns or operations
• Research, develop and author issue papers/white papers on varying defensive cyberspace topics

Must-Haves

You possess...

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• A TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for a polygraph
• Joint Professional Military Education Level II (JPME II) certification/qualification
• Eight (8) to Ten (10) years of relevant experience with military cyberspace operations.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree
• An ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace with unique TTPs

Nice-To-Haves

• Leadership experience.
• Experience with DISA and DOD networks
• Military cyber planning course certifications

$100,000 - $160,000 / year

• The contract the employee is assigned to support. For example, this advertised position may support multiple contracts.
• The negotiated rates between CRD and our client.
• The option year of the contract the employee is assigned to.
• Annual performance of the employee and/or the company.
• If the employee takes on additional company responsibilities.
