Our Cycle Counter is responsible for conducting thorough and accurate cycle counts of the inventory. They analyze the data and resolve any discrepancies in the counts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzes and resolves inventory issues, utilizing both WMS and physical counts.
• Research daily inventory discrepancies for root cause and recommend adjustments to process and procedures.
• Review inventory adjustments and transactions on a continuous basis to reconcile discrepancies and keep inventory accurate.
• Maintain cycle counting requirements.
• Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes throughout the operational organization.
• Counts and reconciles randomly chosen or chosen product/locations on a daily basis.
• Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
• Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance, appearance and high degree of professionalism in communication and attitude with customers, teammates, corporate partners and vendors.
• Adhere to all local, federal, and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices. These may include but are not limited to complying with the Company's Time & Attendance policy and procedures and partnering with management to sustain workplace health and safety requirements according to OSHA regulations and the Company safety guidelines.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
