Location: Largo, FL

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Position Overview

Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced Cycle Counter to help maintain accurate warehouse inventory. This position performs frequent physical inventory counts, researches discrepancies, updates inventory records, and supports overall inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, receipt audits, and inventory reconciliations.

• Research inventory discrepancies and make necessary system corrections.

• Resolve inventory issues promptly and accurately.

• Document and control aged or damaged products.

• Ensure all inventory labeling requirements are completed on time.

• Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and prepare reports for management.

• Work from Customer Service requests and inventory lists provided by the IT department.

• Assist and communicate with external auditors as needed.

• Follow FIFO inventory practices and all warehouse safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

• Three to five years of warehouse experience.

• Experience with AS/400 or another warehouse management system.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Understanding of FIFO inventory practices.

• Ability to operate stock-picker lifts.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work overtime when required.

• Ability to work in warehouse conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to bend, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
