Cycle Counter | Auburn Hills, MI | $18/hr Immediate Openings

Location: Auburn Hills 

Pay: $18.00/hour 

Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Available

This is a hands-on warehouse position focused on keeping inventory accurate, locating materials, researching discrepancies, and making sure physical inventory matches system records.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts throughout the warehouse
• Compare physical inventory counts to system records
• Research shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies
• Update inventory using SAP/WMS systems and RF scanners
• Verify bin locations and locate misplaced materials
• Assist with inventory audits and discrepancy reporting
• Work with warehouse and production teams to resolve inventory issues
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Help improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
• Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse, inventory control, cycle counting, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience with SAP, WMS, or RF scanners is a plus
• Forklift or reach truck experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to identify and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Reliable attendance and good communication skills
• Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift
