Warehouse Cycle Counter

Location: West Chester, Ohio
Shift: 1st Shift

Position Summary

The Warehouse Cycle Counter performs inventory audits and quality control checks to ensure inventory accuracy, product integrity, and compliance with warehouse procedures. This position assists with resolving discrepancies, supporting customer service, completing quality projects, and performing other warehouse duties as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, location audits, put-away audits, picking audits, pallet checks, and product location validations.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, product damage, infestation, and combining errors.
• Assist with date code changes, quantity changes, and other quality control tasks.
• Support Warehouse Customer Service Representatives with inventory and quality-related issues.
• Provide backup support for inventory control activities and assist with special projects.
• Operate RF scanners, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely as required.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of warehouse experience, including RF scanner use and knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Ability to learn and follow detailed processes and use computer software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new processes and equipment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work is performed in a warehouse environment with loud noise and seasonal temperature changes. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, grasp, and lift up to 50 pounds. Employees must also have the hand and finger dexterity needed to operate forklifts, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
