Job Title: Cycle Counter
Contract Duration: 3 months, extension
Location: Libertyville, IL
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Shift: 3am-11:30am CST
Pay: $18-$20

Summary
The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing daily counts of merchandise on hand and researching discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of the inventory records. The ability to work independently in a fast-moving DC, and a track record of working cooperatively in a small team. These are important attributes for success in this position and will help clarify expectations for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Counts the current physical inventory on a daily basis.
• Verifies the accuracy of products in the correct bin location by title and quantity.
• Researches missing product
• Cleans and organizes bin locations
• Regularly lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Occasionally lift, push or pull up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
• Frequent standing, walking and moving quickly for 8 or more hours per day.
• Regularly climb warehouse racking steps.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level - 2 year related experience

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent numerical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data sets, research and resolve discrepancies.
• History of working independently with little direction.
• Regularly lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Demonstrated ability to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
• Frequent standing, walking and moving quickly for 8 or more hours per day.
• Demonstrated ability to regularly climbs warehouse racking steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
