Cycle Counter - Reading, PA
7am - 330pm, Monday - Friday
2-3 month contract assignment

Job Overview:
The Cycle Counter helps manage inventory by counting products and comparing the inventory-to-inventory logs and documents.

A Day In The Life:
Every day at  is different and you'll contribute in many ways.
On any given day, you'll make a difference by:
Performing various warehouse and production floor inventory counting with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency based on the A, B, and C inventory value class formula.
Counting numerous items daily to validate inventory accuracy and system integrity.
Perform location audits to ensure that inventory parts are stocked in the location denoted within the ERP system.
Support in reconciliation of count variances noted between the perpetual and actual count records.
Governing the cycle count process by adhering to Cycle Count Program Procedures and corporate policy.
Researching inventory discrepancies.
Preparing various reports related to the cycle counting process.
Performing audits
Tracking and reporting on uncommon products.
Developing solutions for inventory issues.
What will help you thrive in this role
High School Diploma or GED
Understanding basic inventory control procedures
At least one year experience with cycle counts and inventory control and/or manufacturing plant experience
Knowledge of SAP, skilled in software applications, especially spreadsheet packages such as Excel
Data entry skills and problem solving abilities
Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and efficiently
Microsoft Excel experience preferred
Ability to operate the picker machine and carousel
High level of mathematical ability and aptitude (required)

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 35 lbs.
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
