Cycle Counter

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter for a local hoist ring manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through daily cycle counting, identifying discrepancies, and supporting overall warehouse accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts based on a systematic inventory selection process

• Use hand counters and/or scale counting methods to verify inventory quantities

• Identify, investigate, and report inventory and location discrepancies on daily cycle sheets

• Read and interpret product prints/blueprints to accurately identify inventory items

• Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory control processes

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret prints/blueprints for product identification

• Previous experience with inventory control or cycle counting preferred

• Forklift experience required

• Experience with manual and electric pallet jacks required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Frequent bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Work Environment

• Dusty, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

• Exposure to active warehouse and production areas

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

Schedule and Pay

• $14/hr

• Mon - Thurs, 6 AM - 4:30 PM. Some Fridays required.
