Overview
Cycle Counting & Inventory Control (Hands-On):
Own and execute comprehensive cycle counting activities across the warehouse, ensuring accurate, real-time inventory levels. This role requires active, hands-on participation on the warehouse floor, including frequent walking, lifting, and inspection of inventory in various storage locations. Conduct detailed physical counts, reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual inventory, and identify root causes such as receiving errors, picking variances, or product damage. Partner cross-functionally to drive corrective actions and improve inventory accuracy, while maintaining adherence to operational standards and audit requirements.
