Fitness Formula Clubs is seeking certified Cycling and Barre Instructors to lead engaging, results-driven classes in formats including HIIT, Strength, Spin, Aqua, Yoga, and Barre. A minimum of one year of teaching experience is preferred, though not required. The ability to teach to the beat is considered a strong asset.
Location: Chicago
Compensation: $50-70 per class/session (depending on experience and certifications)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrive at class at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled class
- Begin and end class on time
- Instruct classes (including a warm-up, conditioning and cool down phase) in specialization and as assigned by Group Fitness Manager and/or Fitness Director
- Provide instruction and coaching to class attendees
- Accurately record class participation and conduct class surveys
- Ensure that the studio is clean and returned to original state at the end of each class
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Barre or Cycling Instructor by a nationally-recognized organization
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- 1+ years of teaching experience
