CYLAMOLD (MOLD INJECTION) MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE

Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Casting Associate working on our Cylamold team at our family owed facility of 45 plus years located in Irwin, PA, 15642. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our casting operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate casting machines and equipment according to specifications.
• Prepare formularies for resin according to specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Compile, Record and Identify casted parts after they are manufactured.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist in the training of new team members on casting procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to learn and comprehend basic mix formulas.

• Use of hand tools, industrial mixers, scales and other equipment.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or casting environment preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 70+lbs for 75% of your shift.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools and machinery.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

• Must be able to pass a background screening.
