Role Description The Cylindrical Grind Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring cylindrical grinding machines to produce precision parts to specified tolerances. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting blueprints and work orders, selecting appropriate grinding wheels and tooling, and performing measurements using gauges and other inspection tools to verify product accuracy. The role also involves performing routine machine maintenance, observing safety and quality standards, and documenting production activities and inspection results. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX, working closely with production and quality teams to meet scheduling and performance goals.\n
