Experienced curing rubber operator with a solid background in operating and monitoring curing and rubber processing equipment. Skilled in maintaining product quality, following safety protocols, and optimizing production efficiency. Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure consistent output in fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Cures extruded tubes, performs quality checks, delivers mandrels to/from work stations, performs material handler/lift assist functions.

  • Preps tubes to be specific length
  • Delivers stock of extruded tubes.
  • Loads stock in hotbox
  • Sprays mandrels with release agent
  • Loads/unloads mandrels on/off breaker/wrapper
  • Loads uncured tubes on mandrels
  • Wraps/Unwraps tubes on mandrels
  • Places cured tubes on staging stock trucks
  • Performs quality checks in cured tubes
  • Records quality checks
  • Inspect ID/OD on each cured tube
  • Loads/unloads mandrels onto autoclave carts
  • Operates autoclaves
  • This position starts at $23.34 and is eligible to reach top pay by step progression increases
