Title: Cytotechnologist Lead
Facility: St. Anthony's Hospital - St. Petersburg, FL
Responsibilities:
- Performs advanced cytotechnology testing
- Assists with cytology specimen preparation and fine needle aspirations.
- Evaluates and classifies specimens, referring to a pathologist for final interpretation.
- Maintains laboratory equipment and supplies, and coordinates scheduling to support workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrates increased autonomy and contributes to operational coordination.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience
- 3 years of experience in Cytotechnology is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Bachelor's requirement may be waived if certified prior to 1985.
Certification
Required:
- CT (Cytotechnologist) - State of Florida
