Process Automation & Analytics Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Process Automation & Analytics Specialist to support our automation, reporting, and data quality initiatives. This role works closely with senior team members, customer service partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to build high-quality deliverables, investigate issues, and enhance the performance of our tools and workflows.This role reports to the Director, Analytics.
An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in Excel and Python, comfortable with SQL, and eager to understand the "why" behind each problem they solve. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.
