D1 Training Coach

Position: Part-Time Coach
Pay: $20–$25 per hour
Available Shifts:

• 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
  
  

D1 Training is looking for an energetic, motivated, and reliable Coach to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, enjoys working with athletes and clients, and is confident leading group training classes.


Responsibilities

• Lead and coach group training classes for youth and adult athletes
  
  
• Demonstrate proper exercise technique and ensure clients are training safely
  
  
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout their workouts
  
  
• Create a positive, high-energy training environment
  
  
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training facility
  
  
• Communicate effectively with other coaches and D1 Training staff
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fitness, personal training, strength & conditioning, or sports coaching preferred
  
  
• Experience working with youth athletes is a plus
  
  
• Strong understanding of exercise, strength training, conditioning, and athletic performance
  
  
• Ability to confidently lead a group
  
  
• Energetic, positive, and motivating personality
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Reliable and professional
