The Certified Peer Specialist Case Manager will play a crucial role in providing support to individuals on their recovery journey. Responsibilities include leveraging personal lived experience to connect with and empower clients, assisting in the development of recovery plans, and offering guidance in navigating resources and services. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, advocating for clients, and promoting a supportive environment. The Certified Peer Specialist Case Manager will contribute to the overall well-being of individuals by fostering a peer-supported approach to recovery. Crisis Intervention: Skill in providing immediate support and assistance to individuals experiencing mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Documentation: Ability to accurately record client interactions, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational standards and confidentiality protocols.
