Outpatient services include behavioral health nursing, psychiatric assessment, stabilization, and medication maintenance services, as well as crisis intervention services, awareness education, and recovery groups.

Program Overview
The Crisis Service and Diagnostic Center offers individualized brief stabilization services up to 90 days for up to sixteen (16) adults aged 18 and older with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or co-occurring IDD and behavioral health (BH) diagnoses. Participants are facing psychiatric crises and/or significant emotional or behavioral changes that impact their essential daily functioning and threaten their ability to remain in their home environment.
Position Overview
The Clinical Therapist provides therapeutic services to individuals experiencing mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This position is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy. The Clinical Therapist works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support clients in achieving recovery, stability, and improved quality of life.
