We are seeking a Machine Operator for a client located in Simpsonville, SC.The Dilo 3 Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Dilo nonwoven production equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing of textile products. This role plays a key part in meeting production targets while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.Responsibilities
Operate and monitor Dilo 3 equipment used in nonwoven fabric productionÂ
Set up machinery according to product specifications and production schedulesÂ
Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiencyÂ
Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipmentÂ
Monitor product output for consistency, defects, and quality standardsÂ
Accurately document production data, machine settings, and downtimeÂ
Perform material handling tasks, including loading raw fibers and staging finished goodsÂ
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standardsÂ
Communicate effectively with team members, maintenance, and supervisorsÂ
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPEÂ
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in manufacturing, textile, or nonwoven operations preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (12-hour shifts)Â
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyÂ
Capable of performing repetitive motions and manual tasksÂ
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment with noise and heatÂ
 Schedule: 12-hour rotating shift (7 days on / 2 days off / 7 days on / 5 days off)Pay: $17.78
